BRENT ADY
Brent Ady is a Registered Provisional Psychologist (P7379) in Alberta, specializing in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). These approaches are grounded in research and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, focusing on helping individuals achieve meaningful and positive change.
Brent grew up in Calgary, where his father’s work as a firefighter gave him a unique perspective on the challenges faced by first responders and their families. Before becoming a psychologist, he worked in construction and landscaping, learning the value of hard work and resilience—qualities that shape his empathetic approach to therapy.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with his partner and their three young children. He has a passion for gaming, boarding, and reading, all of which help him recharge and stay balanced.
