What is the Cost of Counselling Services?
180 Counselling Services follows the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta recommended rate schedule. Check out the appointment calendar to see the various sessions available (and their pricing). Reduced rates are available based on financial need, please email us at info@180counsellingservices.com to discuss.
How Do I Book?
Booking is straightforward through our secure online booking site through Jane, allowing clients to manage appointments and access billing documents seamlessly. Alternatively, you can email us at info@180counsellingservices.com. No referral is needed. If no spots are open, a waitlist is available. We also offer free 15 minute calls for those interested in an informal consultation.
How Does Billing Work?
When creating your profile, you will be asked to add a credit card to your Jane account. A holding fee will be charged 48 hours before your session. If payment cannot be processed, your session will be cancelled to allow others to book your timeslot. A detailed receipt will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your session. Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours' notice to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50% of the session fee, and those made within 24 hours or without notice are charged the full fee, helping us maintain availability for all clients.
